How Supper on Slow handles browser storage, hosting information, and contact messages.

Who we are
Supper on Slow is an independent recipe website. This policy explains the data used by the recipe app and the services that deliver it. Our public contact address is hello@supperonslow.com.
The recipe app
You can browse without creating an account. The app has no registration, comments, upload feature, newsletter, purchases, advertising integrations, or site-owner-installed analytics scripts. It does not ask for names, payment details, medical information, or information about children.
Search text is processed in the page to filter recipes and is not saved by the recipe app. Recipe links do not include your shopping list or ingredient-checking progress.
Choices stored on your device
The app uses your browser’s local storage to remember selected recipes, batch sizes, and checked ingredients. The recipe code does not send these kitchen choices to a server or sync them across devices.
Saved choices remain until you clear them, your browser clears site data, or storage becomes unavailable. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see them. You can clear them with the button below or through your browser’s site-data settings.

Clipboard and printing
Copy buttons place the requested recipe URL or shopping-list text on your clipboard. Print buttons open your browser’s print dialog. You decide where to paste, print, or share the information. Your browser and operating system may have their own clipboard or printing behavior.
Hosting, security, and cookies
Third-party hosting and security services, including Cloudflare, deliver this site. Delivering and securing the site may involve technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device details, request paths, access times, and security events.
Cloudflare may set security cookies. We observed the __cf_bm cookie on this domain; Cloudflare describes it as supporting bot protection and expiring after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. The local-data reset above does not remove provider-managed cookies; use your browser’s cookie settings for those.

Hosting data is handled under the terms and processing arrangements applicable to the service. The providers’ policies explain their processing, international transfers, and retention practices.
Why information is used
Browser-local kitchen data supports the tools you choose to use. Technical hosting and security data supports site delivery, availability, and protection against abuse. Where applicable law requires a lawful basis for processing by the operator, the intended basis for necessary operation and security is the legitimate interest in providing a reliable website. We will request consent before introducing a use that requires it.
Contact messages
Messages you choose to send may include your email address, message, and any details you add. They will be used to answer your question, investigate a correction, or handle a privacy request, rather than add you to a mailing list. Messages may be processed by the email or forwarding service configured for the address.
Correspondence will be kept while needed to resolve the matter and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations, with continued retention reviewed when the matter is closed. Please do not send sensitive personal information or children’s details.
Sharing and external links
The recipe app does not sell kitchen-choice data or transmit it for targeted advertising. Hosting providers process information needed to deliver and protect the site. Information may also be disclosed if legally required. No advertising or analytics services have been added by the site operator.
Images are served from this site’s assets. Opening an external link takes you to another service and may share ordinary request information with that destination, which has its own privacy practices.
Adults planning family meals
This website is intended for adults, not children using it independently. It has no feature for submitting children’s information. Please do not include children’s personal information in a message to the operator.
Your choices and rights
You can clear browser-local kitchen data using this page or your browser settings. Depending on the laws that apply, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection in relation to personal data handled by the operator, and to complain to a competent privacy regulator. Use the public contact channel for requests. Provider-controlled data may require a request directly to that provider.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its effective date when site practices change, including before adding accounts, analytics, advertising, forms, connected apps, or newsletters.
