ABOUT SUPPER ON SLOW
Meet June Bennett.
A friendly kitchen, a slower supper, and a good place to start.

MEET YOUR KITCHEN HOST
Hi there. I’m June Bennett.
I’m glad you found your way here. Supper doesn’t need to be fancy to be the good part of the day.
Maybe you have a plan for the week. Maybe you’re opening the fridge and hoping for an idea. Either way, you’re welcome here.
I like the kind of food that doesn’t make a fuss. A pot gently cooking, a familiar side or two, and enough wiggle room to use what’s already in the cupboard. That’s the spirit of Supper on Slow.
A little comfort. A little breathing room.
Browse the recipe collection for something that sounds nice. You’ll find ingredient amounts, cooking steps, and a few ideas for serving it. Adjust the batch for your table, check things off as you go, or save a few dinners to one shopping list.
My approach is pretty simple: find something you’re looking forward to eating, keep the planning manageable, and don’t worry about making the plate look perfect. Take the suggestions that help and leave the rest. There’s no prize for making dinner complicated.
A note from this kitchen.
We haven’t kitchen-tested these recipes. Cooking times, portions, and results can vary with your ingredients and equipment. Results are not guaranteed; see our recipe disclaimer. Check temperature and tenderness as you cook, and use the kitchen guide for food-safety reminders.
The food images are serving inspiration, rather than photographs of our own test batches. Read the recipe notes for the details.
Here’s to a good supper,
June
